Organising a gala dinner is much more than staging a corporate event; it is an opportunity to create a unique, memorable and emotionally connecting experience for the attendees. In October, we had the honour of hosting a gala dinner for 119 people in Mallorca, an event that witnessed how small details can completely transform the guests’ perception and elevate the gastronomic and aesthetic experience.
For this special occasion, we decided to choose a space with soul: a Mallorcan finca that, in addition to its stunning natural surroundings, had different areas that could be transformed to create a unique atmosphere. The dinner took place in what used to be an old stable, a place with history that, with the right setting, became an elegant and welcoming place for our guests.
Spaces are a crucial element in any event, but what really makes the difference are the details that are incorporated to enhance the natural beauty of the venue. In this case, the old barn was transformed with a combination of traditional and modern elements, balancing the rusticity of the space with the elegance sought for a gala evening.
The perfect table setting: style and harmony
One of the most important aspects when designing a gala dinner is the presentation of the table. We chose neutral colours for the basic elements, such as tablecloths, napkins and plates, looking for an elegant and discreet background that let the decorative elements shine. The simplicity of white and beige provided the perfect base to bring the table to life with a special combination of flowers and fruits.
The carefully selected flowers brought freshness and elegance, with warm tones that harmonised with the surroundings and the overall concept of the event. The fruits, besides being a visually appealing element, were incorporated in a creative way, alluding to the richness of Mediterranean nature. The combination of both elements was not only a visual success, but also aroused the curiosity and taste of the attendees, who did not fail to admire the originality and effort put into every corner of the table.

Mediterranean menu: flavour and authenticity
The menu, which was based on the Mediterranean essence, was another key detail that made the difference at this gala dinner. We used zero-kilometre products, which not only supported local producers, but also guaranteed the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The pairing of traditional flavours with a contemporary twist allowed guests to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience, where every bite evoked the freshness of the sea and the land of Mallorca.
Opting for a menu based on local products is not only a gastronomic decision, but also a tribute to the island’s culture and tradition. In this way, each dish served was an invitation to explore the flavours of the region, while the presentation of each dish on the table followed the same line of elegance and attention to detail as the rest of the event.
In short, this event held in Mallorca is a clear example of how the details make the difference. By choosing a Mallorcan finca with character, thoughtful décor and a menu of local produce, we made every moment a celebration of the island’s beauty, culture and gastronomy.
If you’re looking to create a gala event that will leave a lasting impression on your guests, don’t underestimate the power of the details. Make sure you choose a unique space, pay attention to every decorative element and, of course, offer a menu that reflects the essence of the venue. This way, you will not only be creating a memorable event, but also an experience that your guests will remember with excitement for years to come.
